TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

Organiser: PP RAYDAR LTD (Company No. 16604851)

Event Date: Friday, 4th September 2026

Venue: Porchester Hall, Porchester Road, London W2 5HS

1. GENERAL & BINDING AGREEMENT

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all ticket purchases, admission, and attendance for THE ICON: London Will Never Forget (“the Event”), produced by PP RAYDAR LTD (“the Organiser”).

1.2. By purchasing, holding, or presenting a ticket for entry to Porchester Hall (“the Venue”), you (“the Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the Venue's regulations.

2. TICKET SALES & REFUND POLICY

2.1. Final Sale Policy: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase.

2.2. Ticket Resale & Transfer: Tickets may only be resold or transferred via official platforms authorised by the Organiser. Unauthorised resale or scalping at inflated prices will void the ticket without compensation or right to entry.

2.3. Single Entry: Each ticket grants entry for one person only and must be scanned upon arrival.

3. EVENT RESCHEDULING, FORCE MAJEURE & CANCELLATION

3.1. Postponement / Force Majeure: The Organiser reserves the right to reschedule, delay, or modify the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including acts of God, severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, epidemic/pandemic, artist emergency, local council directives, or venue licensing changes).

3.2. Automatic Ticket Rollover: If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, no cash refunds will be given. All valid tickets will automatically roll over and remain 100% valid for the rescheduled date or subsequent edition.

3.3. Extreme Circumstances & Mandatory Refunds: Cash refunds will only be considered as an absolute last resort if the Event is permanently cancelled in its entirety without any rescheduled date, or where strictly mandated under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any applicable booking or platform processing fees remain non-refundable.

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS & VENUE LICENSING

(In accordance with Porchester Hall Premises Licence and T&C)

4.1. Age 16 and Under Restriction: In compliance with Venue regulations, attendees under the age of 16 are NOT permitted on the premises after 20:00 (8:00 PM) unless accompanied by a parent or responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times.

4.2. Children Under 8: Children under 8 years of age must be directly supervised by an accompanying adult (18+) at all times.

4.3. Challenge 25 Policy: A strict “Challenge 25” policy operates at entry and all bars. Valid photographic ID (Passport, UK Driving Licence, or PASS card) must be produced upon request. Failure to produce valid ID will result in refusal of entry or alcohol service without refund.

5. VENUE RULES, SECURITY & CONDUCT

5.1. Security Searches: Entry is conditional upon security checks, including bag searches and body scans. Venue security reserves the right to deny admission.

5.2. Prohibited Items: Attendees must not bring outside food, outside beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), illegal substances, fireworks, laser devices, glass containers, or weapons into the Venue. Unauthorised alcohol will be confiscated, and offenders ejected immediately under Venue Rule 10.h.

5.3. Strict No Smoking / Vaping: Smoking or the use of electronic cigarettes/vapes is strictly prohibited anywhere inside Porchester Hall (Venue Rule 5.e).

5.4. Right of Refusal / Ejection: The Organiser and Venue Security reserve the right to eject any attendee demonstrating disorderly, abusive, or unsafe behavior without entitlement to a refund.

6. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT

6.1. By attending the Event, the Ticket Holder consents to being photographed, filmed, and recorded as part of the audience.

6.2. PP RAYDAR LTD reserves the right to use all audio-visual materials globally in perpetuity across promotional, broadcast, social media, and commercial channels without royalty or prior approval.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

7.1. Personal belongings brought into the Venue are done so entirely at the owner's risk. PP RAYDAR LTD and Porchester Hall disclaim all liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

7.2. These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
